A live training on the model, the math, and how to tell if it fits the way you want to deploy capital and time.
Two lists. Read both before you register.
The training is about building what I call a Golden Goose. An asset that pays whether you show up that day or not. Real estate logic, applied to a digital asset. That framing matters because of who I want in the room.
Before I ever published a book, I spent seven years in sales. First as a top seller in insurance, then as a real estate agent in Sweden, where I became the top performer on my team. Selling is what I know.
I started Amazon publishing in May 2023, almost as a side experiment. Three years later, that experiment has done $900,000 in revenue at roughly 50% net profit - and I built it while still working more than full-time as a real estate agent and managing 30 rental apartments. Today my portfolio holds 350 books.
What surprised me most is how little time it actually takes. I spend a maximum of 2-3 hours a day on the publishing business. The model is built so the operator owns it - not so the operator runs it.
I'm still actively publishing every week. I'm not someone who built this once and walked away to sell courses about it.
To put it in perspective: my 30 rental apartments in Sweden generate around $19,000 a month. My publishing account does the same - with a fraction of the capital and a fraction of the daily work. (My individual numbers. Past performance does not indicate future results for you.)
